  • Determining the impact of Articles 2 of the UCC on the "deal" your factoring client reaches with its customers. How does Article 2 drastically change the terms of the agreement without your knowledge?
  • Establishing due diligence procedures to evaluate the factoring client's contract compliance
  • Ascertaining the method and type of verification of accounts you will expect to receive.
