Howard F. Ullman:

Howard is a principal of the law firm. He graduated the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated Suffolk Law School in 1970. He was admitted as a member of the Florida Bar in 1970 and thereafter was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has served as Chairperson of the American Suicide Foundation₁ Inc. Florida Division; a member of the Compassionate Friends, North Dade and South Broward Chapter; President of the Foundation for Learning, a teaching and living institute for autistic and retarded persons; lectured to clinical psychologists and Mental Health Professionals on Guardianship and Guardianship Laws; Chairperson of the Florida Bar Grievance committee 11 "F", Dade County, State of Florida; City North Miami Beach Commissioner, Public Utilities Board: served as environmental consultant to the trust department of SunTrust Bank, Miami, NA.; and a member of committee formulating the Florida Health Care Act.
