Michael W. Ullman:

Michael is a principal of the law firm.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and graduated Nova Law School Magna Cum Laude and in the upper one percent (1%) of his class.  He was a member of and published for Law Review.  He is a frequent lecturer for the International Finance Association and serves as a lecturer at the annual conference presented by Distinctive Solutions Corporation in which hundreds of financial institutions are represented annually.  His most recent publications include International Factoring Association, Volume I, Number I, Summer 1999 The Commercial Factor, Bankruptcy: To Be Or Not To Be -- Preferred , International Factoring Association, Volume I, Number II, Fall 1999 The Commercial Factor, Banks Beware: You May Owe Your Customer's Factor! (or) Hey Factors: Does Your Client's Bank Owe You Money? and Volume II, Number III, Fall 2000, You Heard Right: You can factor a client who sells you invoices for its real estate construction jobs, you just have to watch out for... . Michael has also been invited to speak again at the International Finance Association's Factoring Conference beginning April 2, 2002, in Memphis, Tennessee.  Michael currently serves as counsel and advises well over one-hundred (100) factoring companies throughout the country.  Michael is a member of the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Middle District Federal Courts in Florida, and in the Eleventh and Fifth Circuit Federal Courts of Appeals.  In addition, he is admitted to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
